Residence Villa Alda is a popular tourist site in Pietra Ligure, and we have been operational for over twenty years.
As a result, we have years of experience and we have been able to develop a lot through the numerous improvements
that we have been able to make in order to improve our guests’ services.

breathing clean and healthy air while enjoying a beautiful view. In the end, we are only 30 meters away from the coastline.
We are the ideal place for a relaxing holiday away from the large cities, and away from the smog and stress
while remaining close to the city centre of Pietra Ligure which is just 1 km (about 8-10 minutes on foot) away,
where one can visit the old city centre for those who want to sniff up on their cultural experiences,
or enjoy a round of shopping in one of Pietra’s many shops.

Specifically for our clients we have several bicycles available for free, equipped with safety seats for children
for those that like to move about on two wheels with ease.
The playground is located literally “at home” in the middle of our garden between our
two apartment complexes that has completely been closed off in order to ensure maximum safety.

Park “Dr. Giacomo Negro” is a newly built park that was opened only recently, a green area of more than 16 thousand square meters
featuring play areas for children, green areas with water games, an outdoor theatre, a picnic area, a cafeteria and parking lots.
For the families that do not want to miss out on the company of their 4-legged friends while being on holiday,
Residence Villa Alda welcomes animals of small to medium sizes (always on request),
and is also located at only 200 meters away from the beach.
This beach is public and therefore free for anyone that would want to take a swim with his or her non-human friend.
Continuing on our “hairy” typology, our clients always have the opportunity to visit our farm “Crazy Farm” which is located not far from the residence. We provide the possibility for those that want to have a ride on our pony Intrigo, and get to know our stallion Erg.
Apart from the horses there are many other animals with whom you can be making friends such as goats,
chickens, ducks and our farm-cat that are always walking around on the farm!
